In June of 2008, Allison West will speak at the 60th Annual Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Conference & Exposition. She will present The Bully and the Bottom-Line in addition to Creating Bulletproof Documentation. This SHRM event is recognized as the world's largest HR conference and exposition offering comprehensive professional development programs for HR professionals.

At the 2006 SHRM Conference, Allison presented the well received program The High Cost of Getting Even: Preventing Retaliation Claims.

Allison West will present an hour long session on Retaliation claims at the Employer Resource Institute’s 2007 California Employment Law Update at the Claremont Resort & Spa, Berkeley, CA on Wednesday, December 12 – 9:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.

On September 17, 2007 Allison West presented Just the Facts: Perfecting the Investigation Interview at the Northern California Human Resource Association’s HR West 23rd Annual Conference. For the third time, Allison was the second highest rated speaker.

On June 5, 2007, Allison West delivered a 90-minute interactive webinar for Thompson Publishing Group on Beyond Discrimination Claims: What Else Can You Be Sued For?

On February 20, 2007, Allison West conducted a 90-minute interactive webinar for Thompson Publishing Group on The High Cost of Getting Even: Understanding and Preventing Retaliation Claims.

Allison West was one of six expert judges to determine the winner of the Employer Resource Institute’s (ERI) Great California Workplaces Award. The ERI Great California Workplaces Award recognizes California employers of all sizes that have implemented unique, innovative, or exceptionally effective programs that make them stand out.

On August 15th Allison West conducted a web-based training program Coaching for Success - From Potential to Performance through the California Human Resource Management Institute. Participants were eligible for 2 CPE/MCLE Credits.



On September 11th, 2006 Allison West presented Coaching for Success: From Potential to Performance, at the Northern California Human Resources Association Annual Conference. The conference was held at the Oakland Convention Center.
